We stayed with family and had a great experience. Food was good, we had breakfast and lunch. We also liked the location as it's on the main road. Staff was very supportive. Overall, we had a great experience and we would recommend this hotel for a family stay.

Reason of giving 3 starts is explaind below: I was on a family trip so have booked three rooms in this property. Hotel Location is awesome as it is at the entry of vrindavan and out of all traffic jam areas.Rooms are spacious and clean. Washrooms are neat and tidy. Ample Parking space. One major issue becasue of which I've deducted two stars and given 3 stars out of 5 is that, the property doesn't have a water softner plant.
