Hotel staff is not at all professional. I have done booking for other room and they have provided different room. After checking I have realised then they have changed. They dont know how to treat customer. They dont have dedicated parking space for vehicles.
They need to improve lot. I was about to cancel my booking .

Hotel was nice, the room was clean, however, when they dont provide 24x7 hot water.. it's just a luke warm water, which was kind of disapointing. But rest of the amenities and facilities were perfect.
