The hotel least bothered about the guest , only thing they are bothered about is to take their cab service. No complementary water and rooms not cleaned for 2nd and 3rd day of three day stay. They didn't assisted for medical emergency and didn't have any empathy for the medical condition of the guest even on repetitive requests. Breakfast was just a formality with repetitive stuff. The food quality has even caused food poisoning for which I have to go to a doctor's own with no help from the hotel. the hotel shall be a one star instead of 3 star.

They didn't give power back and charged for extra water, The surrounding outside room is very noisy.

the view was the best part ,food was wonderful freshly cooked and the room were clean and staff was very helpful they do provide cab service on payable basis. as per request they had arranged cake and decor

Hotel rooms are clean and spacious Restaurant food is so tasty and staff is cooperative Location is also good to visit Mall road and other sight Safe and calm location for family stay

The property was easy to find and close to bus stand. Room was clean and hygienic. The staff was humble and food was delicious. Had wonderful experience being there.

Awesome location just 1 km from Mall road. 500 m from Hadima Devi temple. Staff were very polite in speaking , room service was top notch. Special mention for the Chef who always made mouth watering dishes. Very clean rooms and hotel itself gave a very nice feel and vibes.
