Nice hotel with very near and clean linen. AC is in perfect condition to beat heat of Guntur. They don't have restaurant so brought breakfast from outside which was too good. I had to attend a conference in ITC welcome . it's walkable distance from itc .

Staff are very soft and response is very fast and good. But only on demand they are taking care instead of initiating from their end. I booked twin sharing, but they kept the welcome kit and towel for one person. Replenishing the complimentary items also on demand. They kept green tea bags and sugar but no milk powder and regular tea bags. Who will mix sugar in green tea? No toilet paper provided. Room ambience is good but fan is making some unusual humming noise. If they take care of the above, this hotel could be a better choice

The hotel is well maintained. The staff are courteous & friendly. The location is well connected to the town. The overall ambience is good.

Found cockroaches and lizard tail on the bed.. Felt bit bad after seeing this. Hot water facility is also bit poor
