Maintenance looks to be very poor. Air conditioning was not working in the room. No proper care. Night was disturbed.

We found Builda Park as 5* hotel and so booked our family stay there. Even before booking we enquired if buffet breakfast is available which they accepted. Expensive room for a night, power-cut problem with a bad inverter, and above all the buffet was really not at all worth, with three items. Really disappointed and it's actually 3*star hotel which we saw after booking was done. The staff were all good and cooperative.

This is my third stay at this property. Rooms are large, facilities are adequate and the restaurant food is good. Restaurant provides many options and are open to customise as per taste preferences. Room cleanliness can be better especially furniture. AC maintenance needs focus. In all my trips incl this one, the AC in one room of the suite will not function well. Am not sure why this is. Infrastructure and general outlook is good,near to ottappalam town..but standard suite room is a complete disappointment..AC not working,2 nd room in suite is non ventillated non AC room..not worthy of the price..complementary breakfast is okay

The infrastructure and hotel amenities are excellent, but I've experienced very rude behavior from one staff member. Other staff members seem good. Due to this rude behavior, my stay has become unpleasant.

The Property is excellent but needs lots of improvement in terms of managing it professionally. For a town like Ottapallam to justify their tarrif, they need to improve on the services, like hot water was only warm, they do not replenish the toiletaries on their own and room service they forget to get half of the things. They used to get those things whenever asked is a positive. Need to have a watchful eye on the extra they charge ex we had complementary breakfast but they still billed it.

Ms. Priya in the Reception welcomed us, with Charm. The room was cozy and spacious. The restaurant was not functioning unfortunately. But they managed to get the food from the near by restaurant. Breakfast was complementary, only poori and Masala was served. swimming pool was chargeable (300 Rs / person) I think this should be free atleast for the guests. there is a small theatre. finally it was a good stay..
