location was good, check in was lengthy receptionist seems tired. we reached by 11 and were told for extra payment for early check in or weight for 2 hours. no air conditioning in lobby. lack of cleanness. room was okay. pool was not properly cleaned. staff was good and helpful.

great river side view, with comfortable rooms, specially bathroom was huge and very neat and clean. They don't provide mini refrigerators as it is needed there specially in summers as cottage are quit far away from main building

A Peaceful Stay Close to Nature
I had a wonderful experience at this well-maintained property. The hospitality was excellent, and the check-in process was smooth and even allowed early access, which was much appreciated.
The surroundings were serene and beautiful—lush greenery all around created a peaceful atmosphere. I stayed in a riverside cottage, and the view of the Betwa River right from the room was truly amazing. The sound of flowing water added a magical touch to the whole experience.

We reached the hotel at 11:30 and check in time is 13:00 hrs. The receptionist asked for extra payment for an early check in of one hour, so we waited for 40-45 minutes then room provided. The room was spacious and maintained in a heritage style. The food was delicious and tasty. The pool was not very clean and pool attendants were available. The location of this hotel is just awesome established on the bank of the river which is absolutely amazing, scenic view in the evening.

it was one of the most amazing and beautiful experiences. i had booked a riverside cottage and the view was mesmerizing. the staff behaviour was very kind as well. the food taste was decent and the riverside dining made it much more memorable.

I recently stayed at Hotel Bundelkhand Riverside, and it was a wonderful experience.
