hotel property was good but room service and staff behaviour was very bad.they did not even served water bottle.also you can not ask them anything after 10 p.m not even an emergency.they will not receive your calls .

Beautiful location . Although about 10 to 12 km from Chakrata. Amazing service and must say very good quality of food both veg and non veg

Experience good cooperative staff nice food but I have suggestions that there should be first add and medicine for emergency There is no medicine in buran hotel it is outside city and there is electricity problem also

It was a good experience there. Location is very good. But those don't have their own vehicle then it is not good for them. Because is 10 km before Chakrata. Food is also very good.

The hotel located few miles before Chakrata .You can easily cover Charata sun set points, chirmiri top and Tiger fall from here. The staff is very polite and courteous.In room phone in not available & room heaters or blowers should be part of amenities specifically in winters.Room & cleanliness is very good.Over all with for money & we had a pleasant stay.
