there were no gyser
They provide low class room but I booked deluxe room
they were charging 10% extra charges out of booking amount on foods and service , which is not legal.
TV was. not working too.

There is very poor experience. Hot water Nehi, bathroom door lock Nehi Hui. Room is too short.

Average stay, rooms are small and look very congested, they don't provide drinking water. but the property is located in a very prime location, and near the metro station. My over all experience was good.

Very average Hotel.
No response from the staff. The rulebook is long but the service is not at par.
TV also makeshift arrangements. Intercom not working. AC is old and noisy.
Overall not value for money.

The property is very old and under renovation. The family room is big. but toilets are poor in condition.
