Surprisingly there is no Air Conditioning at the Hotel Reception & during these days it's highly humid. Neither they have kept for their employees nor for the customers. Although standing Fan was there for their employees but nothing for clients. My stay was in room no. 103 which had faulty Airconditioning & wasn't rectified during stay.Breakfast was good & staff are very much courteous & i appreciate their patience.

everything was excellent from check-in to check-out.the hospitality of the staff members,smooth in and out process,hotel amenities to amenities available in the room,cleanliness,quick room services,delicious food. overall a classy hotel for a staycation.

if you are in silchar then i think itβs the best hotel with good behaviour of the staff, rooms are clean , overall everything is perfect π
