Prons: Very good Experience. Parking, space, most important sea view rooms(amazing view) & delicious food,swimming pool,service, staff. No resort is as near as calangute residency between bg6
Cons : No lift and need more maintenance.

very near to beach , there is pool inside , so recommend, need little improvement in room maintenance, or else for staying ia good food not available inside but a lot of option ourside

TRASH! if i could give it 0 zero stars it wont have taken me time the price is too high and the amenities are trash ceiling was worst , they had a lock and a key not even a door mounted lock was installed! during the breakfast the dosa had old potatoes used no hygiene not recommended to go there the only thing they are charging is because of the beach there are many other resorts nearby that are way more cheaper and great

it was a great experience staying at calangute residency..but need to update some no freeze, carpet, baat mat but me.mohan is an excellent person who helped us every time.

on the beach property. beach facing restorent but very high pricing evry food high texes charges. calangute residency best part only on the beach property. need to maintanens. not a very good but but not a bad.so so.
GOA is the best destination but everything is so high pricing. not a Budget freindaly and local people is very rood behaviour.

the room we stayed in was good and as it was facing the beach, the balcony view was great.. but the drawback was it didn't have a lift and the cottages which were shown initially were pretty old and looked a bit disappointing. The breakfast buffet was good and the staff were very accommodative. Swimming pool and the little amenities were mediocre. there is a lot of scope for improvement considering the best location the property is in and also the vibrant happenings surrounding the property.

property is not well maintained.
it doesn't have a swimming pool seating chairs as mentioned photo.
its restaurant is also overcharged for basic mineral water rs50 which having MRP20

it was great experience to stay in sea facing room of calangute residency...clean toilet and big size of balcony..only negative was no lift there but it was manageable.overall good experience
