Its absolutely horrible place, i booked for basically half day however paid full price. There is no proper service, room not clean, washroom was dirty. Elevator is not working, i have to take stairs to third floor. People working here don't have any sympathy. They don't know how to talk. Such a bad hotel, i will never recommend anyone. Elevator doesn't work, and if you travel with elderly person it's hard to go up by stairs. People don't have manners to talk. They don't even provide water bottl ...more

Hotel has charged six hundred extra money to Stay as they are not accepting my Stay. I wrote the same to Goibobo as well but didn't get a favourable reply

don't book this hotel.they are not accepting for the price at the time of booking.they are collecting extra amount at the time of checkin.very bad experience.I booked this hotel Alfa for my son as it is near to railway station.while checkin at 9:30pm after a long journey in train and again he need to catch train to chennai next day early morning at 6am the hotel person refused to checkin for booked price and they have taken extra amount 500 through phonepe and not given bill for the same.

The owner is very misbehaving, doesn't have a sense of humanity or understanding. Booked room for 2 nights, his behaviour was extremely rude.. we paid but we didn't stay.

we had a normal stay, but the hotel staff was a lil bit rude and non cooperative, they were speaking in their own language and laughing which made us real uncomfortable. the hotel even denied the free breakfast they had owed us.

Best room. With best amenities. I had done early check in at 5am. The hotel collected 500 and accepted my early check in. Hotel staff are also polite. Room is spacious and well decorated. Good for business meetings. Provided with sofa and table and chairs. Also restaurant is there with good quality food.

Not so clean place, front desk rude Horrible rooms Carry own towel, shampoo or soap.. We have to ask for these The room was not clean and house keep was rude.
