booking voucher was not send to hotel, it take more than 1 hour of follow with customer care to get voucher at hotel....later booking was done for 3 adult and mail was send for 2 adult.... at 11.30pm late night we some how convence hotel staff to all the room.... but rectification mail was never send by customer care till 7 am when we check out....

walls are pathetic, room smell was disgusting, very slow water flow in washroom for which Hotel provided extra bucket of water from outside, main door was just hanging on small wood piece which would come of if some one push it hard.

2 am we checked in hotel. that time he informed us 11 am is check out. from 10am the reception person started calling us 11 am is checkout. he called us 3 time.
This is the way hospitality is done for guest. they want guest to stay why r they taking booking...
very disappointed

I'm disappointed with this Oyo property; no toiletries provided, and they charge for them. Room service is non-existent, and when requested, they claim it takes time but never follows through. Hot water is unreliable. Booking here is a waste.
