It was a horrible experience firstly they charged me 1000 extra , after that i have toh change 2 room , the first ones key was not available, second ones AC not working and third ones fan , the room and hotel premise was very dirty infact the bedsheet z quilt and pillow cover were not washed , bathroom were not cleaned, and staff is highly unprofessional and rude.

not appropriate, if you are looking for a good hotel. cleaning is big issue. no electricity boards are functional. tv is sometimes working sometimes not any other facility. bed are dirty and heavily used bedsheets no laundry. not recommended

Hotel denied us check-in. They asked for extra payment of INR 1000. My mother was a patient, still they denied us entry (No humanity). We were left stranded. We went to check the rooms if we had to pay 1000 extra, but AC was not working, there was no water in tap. In one of the rooms, chicken lying over here do not book this hotel.

I booked my two nights holiday at this hotel full payment. then after I go for check in hotel manager damand extra money if I don't pay then they dennined my booking. and not gave me bill for extra amount. I suggest not a good hotel for family

after booking and payment, when I entered in hotel then receptionist taken 250 rs in cash and not given any receipt .
