The bathroom door knob doesn’t work, the shower knob is completely broken, there is mold all around the room. At night there were some fly like insects in the room. In the name of toiletry all we were provided was a medimix soap !!! The only positive is the location and the behavior of the staff, they were vert courteous and helpful. Oh and yes, i have been to hotels in 3 countries never have i faced a situation where the hotel ran out of water. This is in no way a family friendly hotel. I will ...more

Extremely poor rooms, deceiving photos, no drinking water available, no restaurant available, no towels available, smell all over the hotel. Extremely unsafe environment for everyone, not at all recommended. The deluxe room is smaller than a bathroom, the bathroom is as small as a cupboard, geyser just above the head, extremely dangerously kept, every room has a very small window which can be opened from outside and is super unsafe for any family or single travelers. No safety, clumsy rooms, poor ventilation, smell all around.
