The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..i went with family and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality

my parents, dog and i reached the resort by 1am and the location was soo much in the interior. after reaching all tired, we were given a super small room which wouldn't fit 2 people but they tried fitting in 3 adults and a dog with a broken handle, no phone and an unkept room. they only changed the room when i fought with them and telling me that all rooms were booked.even after changing the room, the bathroom door handle was broken and one fan and light wouldn't work making the room sooo dark! ...more
