Room (on third floor) was awesome with tarrace garden service was good. we have not taken food at hotel..so no comments. staff was cooperative but hotel availble between market area..

Hotel is good but when we complain him for some other things they least bother to care. like bedsheet change / exhaust fan not working/ room light some not working condition even in TV most of the channels not working.

Very nice rooms newly constructed in main market nakki Lake is 5 min by walk everything available just near hotel even wine shop is below the property staff is very helpful and owner is polite. budget friendly hotel have a nice small terrace with good view

The location is very very dirty and congested. Away from main road. No parking facility. The staff is not trained well in hospitality. The bathroom door did not have stopper to close it from within the room. It was temporarily fixed after complaining with jugad. No cupboard to put belongings.

Good Hotel. Good staff and very helpful and caring owner. Always approachable owner and staff. All facilities are good. Neat and clean rooms. It is situated near the main market. In opposite lane of Chacha Museum. Nakki lake and nearby tourist points are at walkable distance. Recommended to stay here. Thanks to owner and Goibibo staff Ravi for managing the confusion very well regarding the booking.
