waste of money.Rooms are not neat & clean.Bad smelling in room.telephone was not working.food quality is not good.limited option in morning breakfast.MustAvoid this resort.

There is no lake view even in the super deluxe rooms. And if you ask for that the manager told that that’s it what it is. So i am little disappointed with the room and the view… but food is good and overall its 2.5/5 for me.

Very Very bad experience..i would recommend travellers to avoid.there is no kind of service and cleaning..Zero Hospitality.

Services are pathetic......they give only one excuse that , staff is on leave.....low hygiene , zero professionalsim at the time of check-in they told us that they have upgraded us, but when we entered the room there was no intercom and no set up box for tv....wen we raise the concern they gave us our original booked room, which is more spacious, however tv was not working coz of signal issue and intercom was also dead.... reception guy gave his personal number to call for any room service, how ...more

It was a great stay...Location of resort is just superb...situated in the lap of nature...quiet and calm nature with full of greenery everywhere....Taste of food is just amazing...Only thing that could be better is room tea kettle and complimentary water bottle at arrival that was not provided otherwise staff is cooperative and friendly

Being an executive room they do not have sitting sofa style chairs and table. The design of commode is such that you cannot lift the seat up, the doors were jammed, the mattress were sunk when you sleep you would have acid reflux, the glasses and mirrors were stained, lift does not work, the telephone does not have numbers of the reception so keep guessing, the menu is different for dine in and different for room service. The experience could become better if they work on little details
