Very worst experience...... No children's park, no maintenance, too late room service, Huge cost of food & snacks like single tea ₹60.....not worth resort tariff...... waste of money and energy....... kindly repay our payment partially.... tq

"Best" celebrity resort- best is a misnomer, its just average. its a kilometer off the main road with no sign boards to guide u. the place is grossly under staffed - with just 1 person managing everything. the rooms are faaaaaar from reception. dont know about other rooms - but the room allotted to me 206 was extremely basic with old furniture, there was no soap - forget about other amenities. the ac runs on 17 degree temp which will freeze u at night as there is no remote to control the tempera ...more
