The first look is horrible & smelly. maintainance and cleanliness is pathetic. It is dirty rooms & restaurant. House keeping is very bad.

I had a very worst experience with the central plazza. Also, other people who stayed in the hotel felt the same. Very pathetic room service. Asked for water 3-4 times but no response. I went out to buy a water bottle. The door lock is not working. It's very hard to switch on the AC and control it. Very bad breakfast, Ambient smell etc. it's never ending complaints.
