In my opinion rate for deluxe room is over charged. I also did not like the food quality and ambience of the restaurant.

Hotel stay was excellent. We spent 4 nights at this hotel. We experienced pleasant stay. Location of the hotel was in the heart of Shillong. Rooms were kind of heritage but include all basis facilities. Food was of good quality and taste. Overall very good experience.
As a family, the rooms were specious and tidy. Big enough to accommodate family of 3 person. Food quality was excellent.

horrible hotel to stay. I had booked AC room but after i checked in, I was told all ACs are not working and was offeres another non-AC room. Every noise from the street below can be heard due to poor window insulation. there was a music event conducted by hotel on the 5th floor and the thumping music could be heard till 1 am, afterwards there was huge cacophony by people exiting music event till 2.30 am.
