Had a chance to stay 3rd time during last Five years.
Stay is comfortable and pleasant and bathroom is well maintained.
However, my suggestion to the management are as under :
1. to make the access to the reception and joining restaurant senior citizen Or persons with walking disability friendly. Part of Flight of stairs to reception and restaurant may be converted in ramp with hand-rails.
2. toileteries/kits may be considered for Ladies also.

Brijawasi food court is good but that’s not part of the hotel booking plus they don’t serve food in your room , we book 2 Suits but there are no basic amenities , no Mini Bar , no toiletries and any other basic things, Rooms are no doubt spacious but other feel good factors are missing .

i am visiting brijwasi centrum last 4yrs, best location , but little upset this time regarding cleanliness in wash room and ac not working properly, otherwise very convenient place to stay , cool hotel
