Badly maintained place. Not worth the money. The location is right on the highway and the staff is also cooperative but overall very poor upkeep

Reception pe humme 15 minute wait karna pada Manager ko id's photocopy karne me 10minute laga hai, and manager ke pass pen tak nhi tha

There was dust everywhere in the room. Looks like no one has even bothered to clean the room from a long time. Given the same feedback on reception as well. They said due to sudden booking they were not able to clean the room. But isn’t this a normal schedule to clean the room everyday?

the hotel is average and food is also average but location is good cleaniness is not up to mark the bathroom were conjugated. staff were helpful

Hotel is available on prime location, Delhi Road. Entry is very beautiful, rooms are also beautiful. only bathroom is normal. overall hotel & staff behavior both are very good.

Pathetic rooms service smelly rooms is unclean furniture paint peeling off in rooms. Disappointed for the price they charge you can get 5-star hotels in Delhi ncr.
