Very good stay indeed. Flood and hot water is not available though. But there is a good restaurant in the same building. So it was a good experience for us staying there.

I booked, when reach the place and I asked them for key they said people who's staying were extended the stay so they said we can't give you as you booked. This seems like whether they are not considering booking or not. But still I've managed to get a room in same hotel. I kinda felt insecure regarding the booking. The management should maintain the stay according to the service.

I stayed 2 days here. there is no hot water inside the room, we need to ask daily, they will give less than half bucket. it was not enough.
bad smell inside the room

Pro - Clean room and washroom,
functional AC, fans and TV
Cons - Rooms lack ventilation (sunlight), small in size and corridors are a bit too narrow.
entering the room first time may give you stingy smell.
twin beds don't stick together however much you try and hence a tall person like me can't get proper sleep.
yeah not to forget the mosquitos.

Rooms were decent but the service is pathetic. Manager is totally helpless. In total I would rate as "average".
