One of the Worst Stays – Misleading Photos & Poor ServiceMy experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The rooms look nothing like the photos on the app – they’re small, poorly ventilated, and feel suffocating. Though the washroom was clean, it too didn’t match the pictures shown online. The receptionist at check-in was rude and unwelcoming. I was initially given a room with a broken AC and shifted to another room, but wasn't provided the key. old property with no maintained rooms . bathroom also in bad condition. rooms also very old style and bad flooring . they highly need maintenance of this property. not at all worth for this price . total loss of money . wont recommend to anyone . n they have displayed 4/5 ratings through goibibo at their property. this shows the standard of goibibowon't believe the goibibo ratings ever.i don't have photos of the rooms . u can yourself go and check

my stay at this resort was a complete letdown. the rooms are shockingly small, barely measuring 10x10 ft. it felt cramped and uncomfortable, leaving no space to move around. the furniture and overall room design were outdated, resembling something from decades ago. even budget lodges are better maintained than these rooms.

we changed two rooms but still it has bed bugs and the rooms are very very very badly maintained, it's fully old and very porous kept, disgusting smell in every rooms
