It was just a lodge with no service, no facility, no restaurant. They didnt even gave drinking water bottle. No water in washroom till 10 AM and even during night. Total loss of money, worst & no hospitality. It is mentioned as 3 star but It is just a dirty lodge with seepage and dirty smell. Cockroaches also were there

Staff was polite, but the main issue was cleanliness. Cleaning guys throwed towels and pillow covers on the floor.

the rooms of the hotel were nice the service and the staff was good i would definitely recommend everyone to stay in this hotel. only thing I hated was there was the restaurant.

1. Very bad service, there was only 1 person available and even he don't know anything and provided things after we asked him 10-12 times
2. bathroom were not properly clean and rooms were smelling
3. telephone were broken in room and there was no way to call reception or restaurant and they were not sharing there numbers also.

booked this stay for 1 night and thank God it was just one night. The rooms were dirty, no proper amenities in the room (not even tea bags), intercom was broken and worst of all the included breakfast. just 2 items, no coffee and when we asked for milk, they said it'll be chargeable. rude staff also. not recommended

We booked the female dormitory and this is what it looked like. 1. I booked this dormitory specially pertaining to it being a female dormitory for my safety in a place unknown, but the doors were such and the curtains did not even cover the entire window pane. As you climb the stairs, you can see the room is fully visible. Would you feel safe here? 2.
