Good infrastructure, badly maintained, although it was the cheapest deal for me. You have such good property, good rooms, waiting area, parking place, prime location, lift and other things, but maintenance is poor, you need to provide good bedsheets, denting- painting, repair of walls, cleaning of bathroom, change of bucket & mugs, and all toilet sheets and water taps to attract the guests.
