Horrible experience. I placed the order for food but it was not served, when enquired, no one responded. Front desk person arrogantly replied it's restaurant issue nothing can be done. I have starved whole night. Never this hotel & recommend this to anyone.

as per booking 24 hrs check in but hotel after 12 pm told to vacant room.this is not acceptable.
after requesting they allow up to 2:30pm
my check in time was 11pm
