A traditional house in a bucolic setting invites the guest for a serene stay. As a solo traveller I found it accessible, safe, clean and totally relaxing. Enjoyed the sound and sight of the raindrops on tree leaves from the hall which was meditative. The staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. They arranged delicious home cooked dinner when requested. Overall, a beautiful relaxing stay. Would like to go back to Chandralayam whenever I travel to that area.

great ambiance and peaceful place caretaker is an very good person he stayed in the property only as we were not comfortable to be single family staying in entire 7acre of farmhouse...warm welcome and cool ambience

My wife and I recently spent two days at Chandralayam Homestay, and it was the perfect short getaway! We stayed in their air-conditioned private couple cottage, which was cozy, comfortable, and provided us with just the right amount of privacy for a relaxing stay. The cottage had all the essentials, and the A/C was a welcome touch after warm days exploring Bekal.
