the hotel is good location wise. hotel staff were supportive. but the hotel authority should change the toilet pan, tile and toilet fittings. the overall stay was value for money.

No breakfast for first 3 days of stay.
Dampness all over the place.
No extra pillow or mattress or sheets or even breakfast for an additional person but they want all the money.
Washrooms are a nightmare in this price.

Please dont book with breakfast or any other meal they dont have working kitchen and dont have anything to offer other than bread butter

Nice hotel stay. Hotel owner and caretaker both very helping, caring and supportive. Near to airport but not far from Agartala city. Beautiful garden.Hv to visit again

I got a room without a window. a window would have been good. Meals were unavailable, but there are eateries nearby

when we check-in , we shall get the better-mentioned room no. than Delux etc which property owner issues as per his convenience. as a business traveller , charulata has everything, good service food not available due to COVID nearest to my known places
