    very poor , ac is not working, bad room , unhygienic.... ac cut down almost 5 times during my stay of 3 hour. i checkout in 4 hour due to this

    i m a hotelier ,want to share some feedback about hotel ,nice stay ,no disturbance,easy check in easy check out,staff friendly,if someone call in hotel chetali phone number , when i called hotel receptionist will pick and they give suggestions about bijnor, overall nice stay .

    Hotel is not managed properly as I entered by stepping up about 15-20 stairs at 9.45 pm nobody at reception one person came after ten minutes he allotted two rooms 104&107 in 107 no hot water in washroom and provide one blanket double bed then I have to ask him for one more in this very cold weather also there was foul smell ,in room 104 same conditions and moreover the exhaust fan of other room’s toilet exhaust in this room’s toilet and at this time of tiredness I have to request him to give me ...more
