I have booked room for my old aged parents. Room was provided on 3rd floor. Hotel was too costly in comparison to its price.

Most pathetic stay till date. Had to stay as the original hotel cancelled our booking at the last moment
1. Unclean rooms, got bedsheets changed , got the blanket removed
2. No amenities or kitchen... had prepaid for breakfast but there's no such facility
3. Car park is outside a shop
We somehow managed to spend the night. Please never book this in case u r visiting with your family or kids. The place was obnoxious to say the least. We were not expecting a 5 star hotel in morena but basic hygiene is needed to spend a night.

Hotel is old and not maintained. No restaurant for food, breakfast provided from outside. No lift, hotel on 2nd floor. Staff was helpful.

A cozy and safe place to stay at when visiting the city with family. Staff and housekeeping is amazingly responsive to all queries. Rooms are well maintained, linens and washrooms are completely taken care of with great cleanliness.
Being a family of 3, we all felt safe while checking-in as staff helped with swift services. Rooms were well maintained along with washrooms.

it was overall good experience but they does not provide the food of their own. they arrange for food after getting order. they lack good hospitality. cleanness is good

just time pass and I mean to say having no other alternative arrangement I have forced to stay .no power back up .no attention by staff after giving key of the room . I will not recommend any one.
