Great location. Rooms are comfortable and cozy. Cooperative staff. Only reason for deducting a star is that I had to change rooms in the middle of the night due to faulty AC. Although the staff promptly assigned the neighbouring room, shifting late night was a hassle.
Cozy rooms. Great food adjacent to the hotel. (Arul jyoti restaurant)

I recently had the misfortune of staying at CHIRAG INN and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. While the hotel's location and amenities showed promise, the staff's behavior and the room's maintenance issues left a sour taste.Upon check-in, I was assigned a room with a faulty bathroom lighting system. The lights flickered and were extremely dim, making it difficult to navigate the bathroom. I reported the issue to the front desk, and after some delay, I was relocated to a different room.

It's been a great stay at Chirag, price was bit on higher side but it's ok since the facilities available are worth a mention. Located on the main road few kms away from padmanabha swamy temple and railway station but there are number of autos available.

Resturant service is very poor.
No one is attending or entertaining you not on table nor in room service even after you call them 10 times.

good support from staff. room was very clean. staffs were available on the spot to support in case of any issues.
