Neat and clean, supportive staff behaviour, quick service. room and washroom size is big, overall excellent experience of staying.

The manager did t have AC remote for every room.
And he used to turn off the AC without asking . He did it with everyone

When I reached at hotel room that time room was not clean and bed was rough

very bad behavior by receptionist Mr and room is very dirty and single bed blanket is provided for double bed... no proper water facilities.. no chairs available in room.. we asked for chair but no reply by management... very horrible experience by Management of Chirag Hotel... my parents age is 50 year, my mother suffering for back fractured and knee problem so they asked for ground floor room but receptionist Mr. is very rudely answer to them... t very bad... i can't use this app in future.. and very bad experience...

Good. Value for money. Good location. Just need to train staff a bit with respect to hospitality and provide some basic toiletries. Rest is fine.
