it's under renovation and we forced to stay at a construction site. not recommended atleast untill the renovation complete.

it's close to chathram bus stand and check-in check-out was easy. the stay was horrible. no cleanliness on the floor and building is under renovation. we couldn't sleep as they have ongoing works in upper floors. they shouldn't accept bookings/guests until they finish the renovation. when we complained about it, management said, the work wll be there till 5pm and nothing can be done. we forced to stay in an under construction site. atleast the reception staff should communicate on the ongoing construction activities during checkin.

wash basin and toilet taps are leaky and rusted..car parking poor in under ground..cleaning not done properly..lift is shaky..no maintenance. front side chatram bus stand..always bus horn noise..otherwise ok.i recommend 3 stars only..very old hotel from year 2001..24 years old

Very neatly maintained hotel, commkn llace, rooms, washrooms all were very clean. Centrally located so we could go to many temples in and around 👍 only negative poiny is that because its in the main toad and junction of foir roads, you can hear the vehicles and honking horns continuously, loudly 2427. They should think of making the windows and balcony doors aound proof

Its an average hotel.. They are making the hotel look good from outside and very poorly maintained internally..
Beds are worst.. They are very old and had lot of trouble sleeping
Took lot of time in providing an extra bed, and delayed again for providing blankets and a extra pillow.. Very poor room service
Washrooms seems to be very old, flush doesn't work properly
They don't even have a proper bucket in the washroom, instead kept a tub there which keeps on leaking

the room was not ready when we reached the hotel..after 45 mnts delay they allotted a room in which wash room was block..
further on complaining and altercation with the reception staff another room was allotted to me

Hotel chitra is located near chatram bus stand.Good eateries nearby. Transportation are good. Fort temple closeby.
