the reception was not aware of our coming even after booking no one picked up the given call l, full of mosquitoes in the room he told he will get mosquito repellent but not showed of, used shampoos and soaps were in the toilet

The staff is helpful and polite in dealing with customers. However the rooms need to be maintained properly.
