not at all satisfied...they don't allow guest or college after 10.pm..in room if they allow they will charge 1k + tax per person ..they very strict ad don't allow on request also

front desk staff at the hotel seems to be very arrogant and rude while dealing with customers....although i didn't had any debate but one of them was having a very rough behavior. in room dining assistance was good

Disappointing Stay – Needs Major Improvements I had an unsatisfactory experience during my stay at this hotel. Firstly, the toilet hair dryer had some unhygienic, sticky residue on it, which was absolutely disgusting. It clearly indicated poor cleaning standards. Staffing also seems to be a major issue. The hotel is understaffed, and housekeeping is unresponsive even after repeated calls. The reception team was equally disappointing—unhelpful and slow.
