there is no water in the hotel and the response to the same is very annoying saying" wait". the hotel staff is very rude..no accountability and responsibility..they are least bothered about the customer and the online bookings... highly disappointed.

fantastic stay – highly recommended!
i had an amazing experience at hotel city luxe. the staff was welcoming, the check-in process was smooth, and my room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. the hotel’s amenities, were great.
its convenient location made exploring easy. overall, a perfect stay with excellent service—i’ll definitely be returning!

Hotel rooms are fine. But as per the Booking charges or rent facilities are not available. No restaurant available in hotel. Room service facilities Good or above average.
Need more more improvement.
