"I recently had the pleasure of staying at HOTEL CITIZEN and I must say, the room service staff and food were truly exceptional! The staff were friendly, attentive, and prompt in delivering my orders. They even went above and beyond to accommodate my special requests.The food was absolutely delicious and presented beautifully. Excellent service. Staff is doing great. Hotel is full of facility. Very clean rooms and bathroom are very good. No need of calling room service unnecessarily. Room service are very fast. All staff is very active. Food is good"

This hotel has a Great services and food are offered at a good price. The hotel is worth all the 5-star rating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff are well mannered and are attentive with services. Near to railway station and transports available easily & breakfast is too awesome . A must visit hotel.I preffer to go next time at this hotel .

While checking in, Hotel staff told me they have 24 hours checking out time but next day they stated arguing that checkout time is 12 noon.
In that mess I kept the room 2 hours extra as I was out for my work and couldn't checkout early.
But instead of charging me late checkout fees they charged me for whole day.
That's very disappointing as it was wrong communication from Hotel side.
