location is excellent. Just infront of the roapway to Dharamshala and within 100 mtr from Dalai Lama Temple. Whatever you need, you can get in 2-3 min.
view from 5th & 6th floor is beautiful.
Food is also good & service is quick.
Thanks for making our stay wonderful.

The worst level of Hygiene....no water supply in the flushing system....no hotel response. Food was somehow good. location is good inside the market...not peaceful...not at all 3 or 4 start. it maximum 2 star property ...

hotel is centrally located near market place.Hotel hospitality exceeded my expectations as they provided me with deluxe room despite my original booking of standard room.rooms are neat and clean and no false odour inside bathroom as well.
dharamshala skyway is right opposite to the hotel which was nice experience. 1 way trip is around 500 and round trip 700 per head (1.2 km) you can experience beautiful view of the city from skyway trolley.

Very much below average, phone not working, tv is too old, ambience is completely missing, attends and pantry service is not there on call, morning tea @ 7am not provided in room it was denied at reception, that tea will be there only after 730 that too in breakfast area.
too much costly... correct pricing is 2500 only not a penni more.

Location wise Excellent property to stay. Just opposite to sky way and in the middle of Mall road. Breakfast spread is ok, hot water in morning is challenging. Geyser capacity is too low even for a couple also. Staff behaviour is excellent, especially Pankaj in restaurant - his service is excellent. Overall it's good property to stay for family. Highly recommended, but hotel management have to take care of basic necessities like hot water for the place which is colder in nature.
