I stayed at City Palace for 4 days, but unfortunately, my experience was not entirely satisfactory. There was a cockroach in the room, which raised hygiene concerns. Additionally, the room lacked proper ventilation, making it uncomfortable at times, and there were frequent electricity cuts that lasted several minutes on multiple occasions. I hope these issues will be addressed to ensure a better experience for future guests.

very bad staying experience ever.the fan is not over the bed and the ac they provide to us just giving air means we totally died in hot temperature i suggest to everyone please give extra money to take other hotel with ac or atleast fan over the bed i asked the receptionist what will be the charges to upgrade to ac room then he asked more 500₹

It was a very bad and shameless experience with this hotel, during check-in they did not know how to welcome. After that, at 11 pm power was off and they did not have generator also and after 30 minutes when I went to reception and asked them what is the problem they replied in very disrespectful way and said it is not our fault it is electricity department fault then I said refund our amount or upgrade our room to some other hotel and they refused that too after 45 minutes power was restored. Nice hotel staff is very good but prices are high and there is very smell in room and network error ,gate is broken,some holes anyone from outside can see .Hotel is at good location, staff behaviour is 5 rating but team must work for prices for those who booking hotel every month and another some gifts etc.
