I gave for one room with non Ac, the toilet is dirty, I can smell from the bathroom, PLUS the hotel service guy said that only rupees for the room in direct booking.

Extra charge over booking amount taken before allowing to check-in, no services as mentioned in the amenities unclean unhygienic toilets and bed. i have attached gpay screen of amount asked before allowing check-in

Overall nice place, I took a deluxe non ac room, the person at the reception was nice and friendly, I would reccomend this place

Hotel denied our checkin .our guests are waiting at lobby around one hour .very disappointed after pay full money on line. I request them for a refund. I can't even contact anyone for assistance too

The Rooms was clean, in a good location, served a great breakfast and the staff were extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again. Happy hour with an unexpected Money.
