the staff is very rude and these people are really cunning. they charge for everything thing u do. they take security money after the booking has been made, who takes security money when already whole payment of hotel stay is made.also, suppose even if someone is coming for half n hour, n u want to take them to the room these people will charge for that too, no cooperating for outstation clients. very very bad experience. will never ever recommend anyone to go to this hotel any ways.

Food service has gone down in a few months with not taking proper orders and not providing all stuffs taking the same price, for example: No salt in Pasta, no pickle with aachar. The food service number does not pick up calls.

This is marriage, Resort, not a hotel and it is completely deserted and it is nowhere near Paschim Vihar..!! at least for outsiders, who have to book in Delhi, specially with families, avoid, avoid, avoid
This hotel is in industrial zone and is very, very poor
It is more than 15 km from the last circle in Delhi. That is Piragarhi Chowk.
