The room is neat & Clean. Advised to replace the old towels with new ones as it smells a little bit.

Very bad experience. AC is not working for all 3 days of my booking still they charged me AC room

Not recommended at all, a very disgusting experience.. Rooms are dirty, bed sheets and pillow covers were dirty. The bathroom was stinking. The tap handle was broken. Open wire point here and there. The door lock was also not working properly they changed my room when I asked for the key.Staff behavior was good though.There is no hygiene maintained in the hotel, there were flies and bugs all over. The bathroom and rooms were stinking because there was no proper ventilation and no room freshener ...more

its very very bad.... used bedsheet, used blanket, no mug in bucket....and very poor service. previously the staff was very helpful....neeraj saini, sonu from ghonda and mintu of himachal pradesh were very very good staff....everything were clean and well maintained but now its totally changed !!!!
