Any traveller goes to a hotel to relax, not to get disturbed. My experience of staying in this hotel was so bad that it is difficult to even describe it. I am a 67 year old person, I was given a dirty room on the third floor. There was no lift and the stairs to go up were also dangerous. I had to carry my luggage myself and go to the room. There was no one to carry my luggage either. Neither the TV nor the AC was working in the room. Even when the AC was switched on after many requests, the temp ...more

The room was not ready while checking in. the room size was too small and there was no place to move inside the room. no window in the room. more sofocating and unpleasant odour .

On checking in, they showed me couple of rooms which were very small less than 100 Sq. Ft. Very congested Room barely accomodating a small Double bed with about 1 feet space around. Since I paid for a deluxe Premium room, I refused to such very small room & was bout to cancel my booking. The manager came rushing and requested me not to cancel the booking and later alloted me bigger deluxe room for which I had paid.
