their outside food is not allowed policy is worst cause their restaurant does not have options and had very low quality as well and they charge very much for this food

the stay was good and the rooms were clean but they don't have hot water. after telling them and calling multiple times the reception person informed that the Geyser is functional from morning 8 am to 10 am. and on our request he turned it on again. I waited for 45mins but still there was no trace of hot water. I had to leave urgently so both the days I had to bath in cold water and this is a December period in cold winters. so this thing was completely a turn of for me. also the behavior of staff were rude and u supporting

Staff is not professional specially in restaurant,cleanness of room as well as lobby area must be improve.elevator cabin to much dirty and have bad smell .wash room don't have toilet paper and after asking house keeping they refused to provide.Overall horrible experience to stay this hotel
