Wifi couldnt got connected even if I required . Hot water was available only at the time when we requested. It would have been better the premise changed to a fresh place from the hustle of town.

The property is located conveniently close to the places of interest. The staff are courteous, caring and friendly. The room decor is sober and aesthetic. The basic amenities were found working. There is room for improvement in the restaurant area - food is too spicy and too pricey.

breakfast was not good. only south indian food served in breakfast and taste was bad. they were not offering more than two complimentary water bottles in room. lift is not properly maintained. parking space is too less.

it was good almost. the only issue is food. post accepting the order, they almost took 1 hr every time, even for small things like water.

it's not a 3 star hotel however due to scarcity of good hotels in the neighborhood they are charging excessively. location is good however they need need to put lot of effort to uplift maintenance, linen are dirty and old, toilet is full of stain, shower panel is rusty, definitely not value for money

Room size is good.
Room service is available with 10% extra charges.
Location of hotel is good wrt Badami caves.
Hotel management is average. Bed sheets were not seen clean, towels were given wet telling they got wet due to rain. We had asked for one extra bed. Bed was very hard and not much suitable to sleep. They have hotel restaurant. Food (lunch/dinner) is good however service is very slow and you feel like why I had ordered. Many guests were arguing with staff on no proper service. To avoid this, you may try nearby hotels. However breakfast was good. Overall it was an average stay.

it's rated as 3star hotel but the amenities provided inside are of lodging type category.
Food is good but that you can try in any other restaurants over there.
rooms are quite spacious but washroom are not maintained.
