I booked a stay at Clarks Inn based on its name and the positive reviews I had read. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The room was not up to standard; there were signs of damage, the electric kettle was broken, the trash bin had not been cleaned, and I found spiders along with a dirty floor and mattress.
I even sent an email to my booking partner to express my concerns, and they arranged a room change for me. However, the new room was also in poor condition.

pathetic service, not even after 3 to 4 reminders, even blinkit served in the room faster than the food ordered in the hotel. receptionist not even care of any escalations is a big surprised....

Pathetic service! Don't ever book your stay here if you want to sleep peacefully. First we booked premium room and they gave us standard room after complaining they gave us another room which was so stinky and towels were thrown here and there in room. They opened 10 rooms in front of us and every room had any problem we changed 3 rooms and each room was having problem! Bugs were there in bed. Wash basin was choked! Don't ever book your stay here.
