it was good but mentioned points they need to improve. 1. kids play area. 2. indoor games 3. pool side changing room not clean and unusable.

Had the worst experience at this hotel.The service was poor, and the staff was unprofessional. There was absolutely no safety—someone from the hotel management randomly entered my room without any notice, which was completely unacceptable. On top of that, other guests’ children were roaming around the hallways, constantly ringing doorbells and causing a disturbance. The entire stay was uncomfortable and frustrating. Definitely would never recommend this place to anyone!

I will never suggest or refer to anyone this property as its not worthy
Even where i have booked package with meal at higher than rent then they should allow to use all the amenities showing in listing without extra charges
We can use Pool side open hut but when we want to cut owned purchase cake at hut then they charge Rs. 3000 where as i have booked the package at Rs.6000 for one day.
Even no any other activities to do available at property.

very bad welcome no body on gate and the manager also In his own work no respect no staff at the gate they say to us they have gone for lunch our check in tine is 2.00 pm at that they have to move very worst
