first time I had an argument to a hotel staff as they did not provide water bottle and ask me to buy from near shop and they don't have restaurant they order the breakfast from somewhere else which is poori sbji. staff behaviour is not good. refrain from going here instead you can see hotels in chikajala which are goods

Room was clean and neat but with a strong smell of pesticide. Dental kit, shaving kit not available as per housekeeping people. The towels provided were stained, probably very old.
The lock on the door wasn't working properly.
I had already checked in and had gone out for work and on returning back, the people at the reception counter were questioning me as though i was some thief, 'Sir who are you, which room, whats your name?' and all that.
Not happy with the reception received.

one of the worst hotels i have come across in my stays would not at all recommend the hotel, only the house keeping guy who worked there did a good job….hotel is very short of staff and has a lot of power problems also

Pathetic,slow room service, I got water in the room after 1 hr and reminding them 4,5 times. Telephone wss not working, TV was not working. I had to tell them to give towel for bath and the breakfast was tasteless, oily and late service. I would not recommend this hotel for stay.

Hotel is locked when i reached hotel and its 4 am in the morning i can see the consition of hotel i think it is closed since last many days but still taking bookings.
Need severe actuon ok this i will complaitn for thai in consumer forum

self service budget good hotel ... for only for staying... no breakfast ... no restaurant ... Good rooms ... 1.5 km inside from main road ... for Airport take 30 minutes extra time for uber

Over all a satisfied experience! Not that great! Pros: away from city chaos, view was good and clean neat rooms and spacious too! Cons: basic amenities, no proper toiletries, and the worst is they even charge for 1 500ML water bottle, so nothing is complimentary here! Over all 2.5 out of 5 stars.

Room was very big, however washroom should have been clean.
