The overall staff of the hotel is nice . The room is spacious and clean . However the receptionist of the morning shift is Rude and doesnt know how to talk . 1) When asked for Warm water to drink she said come down and take it from the filter yourself .
2) We gave the keys of the room to her and told her to get the room cleaned around 3-3:30 Pm . When we came back around 12:30 am the Room was not cleaned . However the night staff got it cleaned at around 1am

The stay was horrible. Their washbasin was leaking, flush was not working. I had to ask for toilet paper 4-5 times and then after 30-40mins they deliver it. I had also booked breakfast but they denied it
